Every experienced business owner knows how easily small tasks can pile up and become overwhelming. So, The MTM Network by The MTM Institute has introduced “Fix It Fridays”—a dedicated time to organize, file, and complete those mindful management tasks that often get pushed aside during the week.

• Feel a case of networking fatigue coming on? Consider limiting the number of meetings you take each week or limiting your meetings to just one or two days each week. For example, you can stop taking meetings on Mondays and Fridays to allow time for these “fix its” or our #MondayManagement routines. It doesn’t have to be a permanent change. You can only block those days until you’re all caught up or can outsource some jobs.
• Ready to build your first sales funnel?: Use a free client relationship manager (or a free trial of one) to start with a simple framework. Watch their tutorials then enter just a few contacts to get a feel for the process. Use it regularly for a month or so to get a solid idea of the features you need, how much it will cost, and how well it works for your team.
