Leading Through Trauma: #BeautifullyStrategic Executive Leadership Support Group
November 14 @ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST
Leaders are expected to be built differently. We carry the weight of our own expectations while shouldering the pressures of others. We’re tasked with exemplary performance while also keeping our teams moving forward. Results are non-negotiable and we must support our teams while pushing through challenges.
When the stress of professional responsibilities intersects with the effects of trauma, our work can become overwhelming. Positions we once prided ourselves on, can shake even the strongest and most dedicated among us. But we are not alone and don’t have to carry it alone.
Welcome to Leading Through Trauma – a safe space for leaders to heal amidst adversity with professional support.
Led by Dr. Carol Chu-Peralta, Ph.D., a bilingual (English and Spanish), licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in trauma, this group is designed for overloaded executives navigating trauma while leading with purpose. Dr. Carol brings her extensive experience helping individuals heal from adverse life events through therapy, trauma-based evaluations, and supervision. Her deep commitment to guiding underserved communities ensures a compassionate and inclusive approach to leadership through healing.
