Monday’s Budget & Build: Bookkeeping Co-Working Hour brought members together across Hemispheres to practice real-world money management skills by building a budget. This session focused on creating a simple, mobile-friendly budget tracker to work as a lightweight transaction register for personal or project finances.
Hosted and sponsored by MTM Equities‘ Vice President and serial entrepreneur, @RogeraMTM, this one-hour workshop blended mentorship with practical action. Members walked away with:

The Foundation For Money Tracking with Notion
Members learned to create a lightweight register using the money management app of their choice with pen and paper also being an option. Notion and the iPhone Notes app were chosen so no complex or paid software required. Members were able to install Notion, log in, and set up their budgeting tableA database table can be thought of as consisting of rows and columns.
