Welcome to The MTM Institute. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Murriel Toussaint Michel Institute’s Website, located at mtminstitute.org.

Donations to The MTM Institute are voluntary, irrevocable contributions to support our nonprofit mission of business education, sustainability, and community development.

  • Use of Funds: Donations are unrestricted unless specified at the time of giving; we use them to further exempt purposes without private benefit.
  • No Goods/Services: No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.
  • Processing: Donations may involve third-party processors (e.g., Zeffy, Square); please review their terms separately.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from The MTM Institute regarding program updates, events, and membership. Approved Organizations:
Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors may link to our Website without prior written approval. Registered and active MTMN+ members and MTM Institute board members may also link to our home page or publications.

  • It must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement.

We may consider and approve other link requests from educational institutions, trade associations, and community sites if the link provides general resource information and reflects favorably on The MTM Institute.
