About Ryna Arshakyan, Art Therapist
Ryna (Karine) Arshakyan is a certified art and special education teacher, an experienced art therapist, a neurographica specialist, life coach, and holistic healer. She immigrated to the U.S. from Armenia in 2001 and brings over three decades of practical work with students, individuals, and groups.

Credentials & Training
- Certified Art & Special Education teacher; licensed art therapy practitioner (verify issuing institutions).
- Neurographica specialist — trained in neurographic art methods and the practical process of using lines, shapes, and form on paper to support change in thought patterns.
- Participant in intensive retreats and trainings with Wim Hof, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Dr. Sue Morter; member of Co-Heal International and contributor to Meaningful World.
Services & How the Method Works
Neurographica Art Therapy blends creative art practice with simple psychology-based steps. The process guides participants to draw free-flowing lines and connect them with shapes and intersections, then transform the piece through intentional strokes and color. Working on paper, the method helps reframe emotions, reduce stress, and stimulate creativity by engaging neural pathways — a way to translate internal things (thoughts, emotions) into a visible piece that can be worked through.
- Workshops (in-person or virtual): 1–3 hour sessions for teams, students, and community groups — activities focus on stress reduction, creativity, and team bonding.
- Retreats: Multi-day immersive journeys combining breathwork, meditation, and neurographic art to support deeper change.
- One-on-one sessions: Personalized art therapy and neurographic art sessions for emotional processing and creative growth.
- Corporate & Partnership programs: Custom programs for HR, wellness teams, or educational partners — designed to support employee well-being and creativity.
Outcomes & Examples
Clients report measurable reductions in stress and clearer ways to approach problems after short sessions. Example outcomes:
- Improved team communication during a single workshop
- Students finding renewed motivation for creative projects
- Individuals gaining techniques to manage emotions and stimulate creative neurons through consistent practice.
Typical session results emphasize process over product — each step is practical and repeatable: draw lines, observe shapes, apply intentional strokes, and reflect — a simple step-by-step method that integrates creativity with practical psychology.
Media, Events & Partnerships
Ryna shares insights on her YouTube channel, “I See You,” where she demonstrates short neurographic art activities, guided meditations, and breathwork. She regularly hosts events and is open to co-hosting and partnership opportunities with retreat centers, schools, therapists, and corporate wellness programs. What to expect
Each session introduces neurographic art — a method that uses lines and connecting shapes on paper to externalize thoughts and gently re-pattern responses. The process engages creativity and basic psychological reflection to help participants reduce stress, notice emotions, and take a practical next step toward clarity.
